Expired and/or temporary IDs are not accepted. JimBuddy’s Rec Shop is a licensed recreational establishment and we do not accept Medical Marijuana Registration Cards as a valid form of identification.
No. JimBuddy’s welcomes out-of-state customers that are 21 years of age or older with a valid form of identification.
Yes. The daily limit is one ounce of cannabis (28 grams).
· One ounce of flower is equivalent to five grams in concentrates
· One ounce of flower is equivalent to five hundred milligrams in edibles
· Topicals and ointments shall not be subject to limitation on daily sales
No. Products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
We accept both Cash & Debit Cards. There is an ATM in-store.
Orders are held until 9pm of the same calendar day.
Yes. All vape cartridges are tested prior to being sold. Lab results available upon request.
Keep transported cannabis locked up during travel. It must be inaccessible to both the driver and passengers at all times. Do not transport quantities larger than permitted by law. Don’t transport cannabis across state lines even if it is legalized/decriminalized in both states.
